Have you met Dr. Dang?
Dr. Rishita Jaju and Smile Wonders is excited to welcome Dr. Anh Dang – our newest team member and Board Certified Laser Pediatric Dentist. She has been helping children with comfortable dental visits and healthy habits at home for over 20 years. Besides providing Laser Dental care, Dr. Dang has years of experience of performing laser frenectomies for infants, toddlers, and children. We are super excited to have her as a part of our growing team!
-What do you enjoy about being a Pediatric Dentist?
The kids of course! Kids have so much energy and are always so excited to show off their new outfits or skills when given the chance, so I always love hearing what is new in their world. What makes my day even more exciting is when a child starts off their visit shy and anxious, but leaves giving you a high five and a big smile!
-What does being at Smile Wonders mean to you?
Being at Smile Wonders means I will get a chance to work with my dear friend, Dr. Rishita and a team that is always advocating for our patients and families. My goal is to make sure that not only the children, but also their parents feel comfortable, understood and well cared for when they come for their dental visit at Smile Wonders. Good oral health and oral motor function are so important to overall health, growth and development that it can sometimes seem complex and overwhelming. I want to make it as easy and simple as possible for my patients.
-If you weren’t a Pediatric Dentist, what would you be?
Well, I certainly love to travel and have been lucky enough to visit wonderful places in Europe, Africa and Asia! If I had the talent, I think I’d like to have been a photographer and captured the natural beauty and the people of the world.

-What’s your fave place to go with your husband?
Any place where we can sit back and make our taste buds happy with a delicious meal. We are major foodies!
-What food could you not live without?
I don’t know if it is considered a food per se….but, I cannot LIVE without olive oil.
-Dogs or cats?
Dog of course! My Rex is a super sweet and goofy Doberman!
Meet the newest member of the Smile Wonders Puppy Family, Rex!
I should have named him ‘Velcro’ because he only ever wants to be right next to anybody he loves at all times, day or night. Rex may look like a tough guy, but he is just a silly and playful pup!
-What is your favorite activity to do with Rex?
I have the most fun when I am training Rex to do new tricks. So far, he has learned rollover, high five, spin, hug, and kiss! He can even pick out toys upon request.
-Anything else you want our friends and families to know?
Learning to dance the Argentine tango is on the top of my bucket list!
